• Receive customer orders by telephone, fax, and other electronic means and enter data
• Discuss delivery times, issues and handle customer concerns
• Create sales order numbers for orders and communicate with customers
• Communicate and distribute orders to production and shipping
• Create shipping papers for shipments
• Contact and dispatch drivers for shipments; posting time in and out for each shipment
• Keeping log of drop trailers and shipments
• Keep records of customer interaction and transactions, recording details of inquires, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
• May work on special projects/assignments upon request.

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each principal job duty satisfactorily.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent data entry skills a must
• SAP experience desired
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication and written skills
